What MX's do I need to receive email
Solution

If you are hosting your DNS outside of our control or if you are pointing your email to our spam filtering solution you will need to know what MX records to use in your DNS.

The only MX record that you need is: [5] mxcluster.points2.com This can be any priority although we suggest 5. This then points to our inbound mail server cluster which will deliver your email to either the spam filtering server to be passed back to your mailbox or directly to your mail server if it is hosted with us.

You will also need to check with our technical support staff to confirm whether the system is configured to accept your email.
